Yes we were both saying Felicity is a lovely name but we're not that keen on the potential nicknames, so would maybe have Felicity as middle name.
So maybe..

Lara is stunning imo- short, sweet and well used internationally. Plus it has two distinct images - romantic classic Doctor Zhivago (with her own Lara’s theme song) or cool video game heroine Lara Croft. So hopefully one or the other would appeal to her

Lois and Lara are both nice, Felicity is lovely, but I prefer it in full so suggest it as a middle name.

Yes: Lucy - classic and pretty

Maybe:
Sadie - a bit nicknamey but nice
Lara - OK but I much prefer Laura
Lois - nice enough name from the Bible (Low-is/Loyce depending on language, both nice)
Felicity - nice meaning but will get shortened. Fliss is OK.

No: Thea, Freya

Lucy, Lara and Freya are all gorgeous. I also like Sadie and Thea a lot. I think I’d pick Lara - it sounds perfect for your daughter’s colouring to me 🤩

Lara is lovely - that’s my favourite from your list. I also like Sadie, Felicity and Lucy. Thea is nice but done to death where I live.
