which do you prefer out of

Heath/Oliver/James/Joshua/Parker
potentially middle name William

Sophia/Olivia/Chloe/Margot/Piper

Oliver, Olivia, James, Sophia and Margot are all nice but way overdone, the rest are daft.

I’d choose James and Chloe - lovely simple classics that aren’t currently overused

I do have a secret soft spot for Heath but I think a boy/man has to have a certain style to suit it and how would you know ahead of time? Whereas James is so classic and timeless and would be a safer/easier choice (and with a variety of nn’s to suit different personalities - I like Jem or Jamie).

For girls Olivia - I love a Shakespearean classic. Sophia is gorgeous too with a great meaning but there are a lot of Sophie’s and Sofia’s about too (which might mean she has to correct people a lot).

Your other choices (with the exception of Oliver which is nice enough) are a bit trendy imo and more likely to date. Or slightly dated themselves - Joshua and Chloe feel a bit 90’s

In order: Olivia, Sophia, Chloe - all overused. Chloe seems dated.

I don't like the other names.

Joshua or James and Sophia or Margot (although I prefer Margaret personally).

Only ones I think are really unpleasant are Parker and Piper. Not being rude but would you honestly want to be called Parker? Such a harsh sound for a first name.
