I have a DS called Alfred and love the name another name I really love is Wilfred but I'm not sure if it's too similar as close friend said it sounds like twins. Would it sound too close if I l used Wilfred with Alfred?

Other names we like is Henry but not sure if it's too ordinary.

I think Alfred and Wilfred are too similar unless you call them Alfie and wilf from the start.

henry is great

They do both lend themselves to Freddie as a NN so that could cause a problem. However does Alfred already have an established NN Al or Alfie for example if so I don’t see the issue.
Henry is fine with Alfred. I think it goes better that Wilfred. It’s in the same name camp but they sound totally different.

Other ideas to compliment Alfred.
Peter. George. Oscar. Vincent, William. Oswald. Raymond.
