None of those names are really awful, and God knows I have heard some terrible names lately...
Joshua, Finlay and Zachary all seem a bit too "trendy" for my liking. I think that they will be chavvy before too long.
I like Joe and Alexander, and Will.
Toby is one of my best friends' names and we have noticed that a disturbing number of dogs are called Toby. It can be rather disconcerting to go to the park and hear your name yelled from every direction!
Amelia/Emilia are both great, but very common (one of them is my daughter's name).
Fenella makes me think of that girl in Riders (the Jilly Cooper novel) - not sure whether that is a plus or not.
I think Ruby is a bit... overused, although I do love it.
Katie is ok, although prefer Kate, as it is better for all ages IMO.
