Not really for a baby name but I thought this was the best place.
Does anyone know a Geoff who pronounces it Gee-off?

I knew a Gee-off when I was little and have met one or two since then so my default is to pronounce it that way in my head. But, it is more usual to hear the Jeff pronunciation.

A very long time ago an elderly neighbour used to pronounce his name as 'Ghee-ofv'. He told me it was the Russian pronunciation. He deffo wasn't Russian! Still unsure if he was pulling my leg, or serious. At the time I just accepted 'Ghee-ofv' at face value and marvelled at the 20c coins he found behind my ear.

No, but if it's his name he can say it how he likes. Most people would think he was a bit strange though.

No. But I did once hear of someone in McD’s saying to the worker on seeing their name badge ‘Gee-off, Gee-off. What sort of name is Gee-off?’ 😂

No, that's weird. It is pronounced the same way as Jeff.
