Clara definitely

DanceMumTaxi · 08/04/2024 15:29

Much prefer Clara. I always think of Ophelia as a sad name after the character in Hamlet.

darkchocolatecoffee · 08/04/2024 15:29

I prefer Clara too. Ophelia, I’m not a fan of but I can’t put my finger on it either - pretentious?

bleuclair · 08/04/2024 15:29

I prefer Clara. Ophelia is nice, but, and has been mentioned, for some reason it's been experiencing a modest trend and upturn in popularity.

BettySpaghettio · 08/04/2024 15:26

Ophelia is more common I think

luckylavender · 08/04/2024 15:17

Much prefer Ophelia

OctaviaRedQueen · 08/04/2024 15:17

Clara Ophelia.

Greeniswonderful · 08/04/2024 14:56

Definitely Clara. Really dislike Ophelia, I think it will date badly as it seems to be getting popular quick.

Watchthedoormat · 08/04/2024 14:52

Prefer Clara.

Another vote for Clara. I've heard of a few Ophelias over the past couple of years, it seems to be picking up quickly but I don't quite see the appeal

Nicebloomers · 08/04/2024 14:40

Clara

shoopshoopdedoo · 08/04/2024 14:35

Clara, 💯

InMyTwinMumEra · 08/04/2024 13:07

Clara - timeless and beautiful name.

Really not a fan of Ophelia but can’t put my finger on why.

MolkosTeenageAngst · 08/04/2024 13:06

Clara. Really dislike Ophelia as on a similar thread someone once pointed out secondary school kids would be saying ‘give us Ophelia tits’ and regardless of whether kids would make that link now it’s all I think of when I hear the name.

Tatas · 08/04/2024 13:03

Ooo both are really nice - Clara is perhaps more well known, but Ophelia has such a lovely ring to it.

MiddleAgedDread · 08/04/2024 13:02

I much prefer Clara

SleepingStandingUp · 08/04/2024 13:02

Ophelia.

Glad to help.

Congrats on baby Philly
