Rosa Leigh?

Leigh would be the surname, would this sound silly or be too complicated with people getting it confused with Rosalie?

Also love Roseanne and Rosanna, would these go ok with the surname?

Also considering Cassie, Carys and Chloe.

Rosanna scans better - what about Susannah, Josephine or Alexandra. I wouldn't use Chloe (rhymes with surname) or Carys (the s makes it run into the surname).

I've got a Rose if that helps

a bit too close to Rosie Lee cup of tea

I think she will forever be correcting people. "No, not Rosalie. It's Rosa Leigh. No, not Rosa-Leigh. My surname is Leigh, first name Rosa".

There's nothing wrong with the way it sounds, but when you have a name with an unusual spelling or some other quirk, it's beyond tedious to have the same damn conversation on a daily basis for your whole entire life. On that basis, I'd pick something else.

A life of being asked - and your surname is?

I prefer the name Rosanna and think it goes better with Leigh. But Rosa Leigh is absolutely fine. I don't think it will be a big issue at all.
