I am so stuck. I have girls' names galore, please give me nice slightly arty boys' names that won't get hugely popular in a year or two

Archer is a real name. So is Archard. Which is currently on my short-list because I like Archie but don't feel able to saddle son with Archibald.

DH keeps muttering Hereward.

I like Benedict, but have godson called Ben. Am toying with Adrian but DH no like.

No reason you couldn't use Sacha again though. Your ds would probably be happy to have his brother named after him. My neighbour did this with her youngest dd - just couldn't settle on another name she liked as much and like you was thinking she wished she'd not used it, but decided to go for it in the end and big sister is delighted to share her middle name with her little sister.
