if so how do people react to it? do they think it is a bit odd?what about when they get to school - has anyone teased them about it?

I think it's lovely but I'm absolutely sure they would get teased. But don't most kids at some point about their name, hair, shoes, house etc?

It was my sister's nickname. It was sweet while she was little, but she grew out of it. It doesn't sound very grown up, IMO.

Think they gots lots of 'comments' when she was little though...
