Personally, I always prefer the paired down version i.e. Isobel rather than Isabella, as I think it is tres chic but if you have Italian roots then Liliana has an authentic ring to it.

my husband is italian and we always liked isabella but it is becoming a very popular name also it is not really pronounced lili anna more lileeaana if that makes sense

I know a lucianna (pronounced Lucy-Anna). Thought that was quite cute.

There is a Liliana in DS's nursery class - she is v cute. The only brunette in a class full of blondes.
