Which one sounds better and how do you pronounce it ga-bri-elle or gay-bri-elle.

It might depend on your surname though as Gabriella is quite a long name.

I prefer Gabriella! IMO, it's so much nicer.

Gabriella. I love this name! (Pronounced Ga-bree-ELLA in my house).

But Gabrielle (Ga-bree -ELLE) is a lovely name too. Bear in mind that even if you don't shorten it, your DD might, and Ella/Elle are possibilities as well as Gabby/Gabi...:
