Jonquil goes well with Poppy
Daphne
Dahlia (I like that one a lot)
Flora is lovely
You could always go for Lilian or Lilias for a bit of a difference

arfy · 24/04/2006 15:27

Venus (as in flytrap) Grin

Db is going to be Daisy if it is a girl. Named after dh's Granny, and my sister's middle name. It is also a shortening of Margaret, which is my Grandma's name. So lots of family conections!

I think Jasmine would be nice to go with poppy - not too obviously flowery :)

I personally wouldn't call another child the name of a flower tbh .. I think it sounds a little twee when you think of them as a family ..

you don't really need a theme do you? Smile

MrsBadger · 24/04/2006 14:19

Violet
Jasmine

French, Latin, Greek etc flower names and flower-inspired names can be very pretty and a bit less obvious - Marguerite,
