How is Taaylaa pronounced?

Came across this name the other day and can't imagine how it is spoken. Tylaaah? Tar-y-lar?

Mill-ear then Hmm. Delightful, and I'm sure it'll never be mispronounced at all.

And the other name, I would think, is a "creative" spelling of Taylor. No doubt designed to make the name "uww-neek".
