A lot of people don't care about all this. They just don't want to be governed by a party that keeps accommodating foreign men that gang rape ten year olds, while homeless British men are given a tent and a sleeping bag.

According to a YouGov Poll the top concerns of the UK electorate centre primarily on the cost of living, immigration, and the management of public services. The top topic is immigration. So I am curious to know how they are addressing it?
The number of HMOs in my town (pop 26,500) is burgeoning rapidly. What really hacks off the local tradespeople is that they are using government funded contractors to do the modification work to the properties. So local tradespeople are getting sidelined. This is an area of high unemployment where people want to work.
We now have young men wandering around the town centre at all hours where there were none before. Our community foodbank now has a queue around the block on the days it opens and doesn't get enough donations to serve everyone. Some of these men get aggressive, so some of the volunteers won't serve them and the days have been reduced from 5 to 3.
One migrant was able to walk along the roofspace in a row of (now HMO)terrace houses and tried to enter the home of a single mum with a child, via a hatch - she was terrified.
Our MP (Labour) has been asked repeatedly to have a meeting with concerned members of the public and Town Councillors but has refused to see anyone.
Please don't tell me "it's wearing thin now" because it is certainly wearing thin with residents here.
As far as I am concerned no-one here is being listened to or have even been acknowledged as having an issue.
We have already had one empty property set on fire in the town and vandalism occurring regularly.
All they have done is "kick the can down the road" and moved migrants from hotels to HMOs.
So I would be pleased to know how you think the government is "addressing it"?

I work in the area with the highest number of HMOs nationally. A British man who presents to the council as homeless and isn't seen as high priority (in reality, the majority) will literally be given a tent and a sleeping bag.

There are homeless people begging at the lights opposite both of the migrant hotels I see daily.

People are not homeless because of asylum seekers. No matter how hard you might try to draw a connection between the two.

I'm not a fan of Farage but it's clear that a lot of these virtue signalling lefties are totally blinkered. I work in the construction sector with a lot of self employed men that are one workplace injury away from being unable to work and being given a tent and sleeping bag. I'd be terrified if I was in that situation! Thankfully as a woman it's unlikely I'd be left roaming the streets were I ever unable to pay my rent.

If they are taken up with failed asylum seekers what do our people do?

The problem is that most of these people are not in any sort of public facing role. They’re advisers who lurk in the background. They can “step down” from one role, but will probably just pop up in another similar sort of job behind the scenes and we’ll all be none the wiser.
