AIBU to share this Reform exposé from C4?

I think somehow we need to show these people that Reform probably don't actually care about foreigners. They're just a scapegoat. They need to realise the reason why their lives are shit, are because of people like these donating to Reform. The very wealthy who hoover up the wealth and property etc. We need to somehow get through to Reform voters that they're being played to enrich the already wealthy elite around the globe. Same with Trump. It was never about helping their voters. How we make them see that they're pawns I don't know, but we need to try...

I'm amazed that people are so interested in Reform that they would spend hours defending them on MN.

Well, as a viewer with no inside knowledge of anything, I can't say if NF is telling the truth there or not.
However, he does have a history of declaring something the minute the sh*t hits the fan (that £5,000,000 was for my security) then tweaking it later when the original narrative is looking extremely flawed (that £5,000,000 was a thank you gift for all my hard work with Brexit).
I would also think that Channel 4 picked over every single second of that footage prior to broadcast and would be wary of incriminating other "innocent" donors without robust evidence.

We need a government that will sort out immigration and working age benefits once and for all. I would prefer that Labour did it, but they won't. Maybe a lot of us are just going to have to hold our noses and vote reform.

So, he's now relagated his senior adviser and head of policy to the status of 'individuals' who incompetently arranged a meeting for him that he in all innocence attended? It does amaze me that these people consider themselves to be patriots. They're the worst of us.

On one level, it's a shame to see anyone radicalised by an over-privileged con-man into hating their own country. On this thread, I've seen Reform supporters call Britain dirty and over-crowded, and be openly hostile to most of its instituations: its libraries, its democracy, now its police force. It's really sad to see people hate on their own country quite so vehemently.

But on the other hand, nothing is going to do more to put off those more moderate Rightwingers who might've been considering holding their noses and voting Reform - or strengthen the tactical vote against Reform - than seeing this kind of unpatriotic bile spewed in their name.

Farage is supposed to be giving a speech at the Reform conference, but due to "unforseen circumstances" there is some sort of delay/problem...
