DH-same PJs, no pants, 7 days… am I overrea

My dh goes to bed in the same pjs every night -washes them once or twice a week and doesn’t wear anything underneath. We’re on holiday and hasn’t washed them in a week now.
I think it’s pretty awful to wear the same ones without washing them and can’t imagine putting on the same pjs at the end of the day. We’ve had a debate and he thinks it’s what all men do. I think I’m going to buy him a pair to wear everyday day so this doesn’t keep happening!

Personally I get up at 2am to shower and change my pjs before sleeping for the rest of the night. Can’t imagine how gross I would feel otherwise 🤢

What?

You go to bed in pjs, sleep until 2am, get up to shower and fresh pjs on, then back to sleep?

Have I got this wrong or are you bonkers?

I just sleep in the bath. I haven’t even removed the packaging from my mattress , ergo great savings on bedding, the money saved is spent on topping up the bath with warm water throughout the night so I don’t freeze.

Have you never smelt ball sweat??
ETA crotch sweat of either sex is smellier and more bacteria laden than other body parts. Thats evident by the smell and obvious by the proximity to genitals which extrude bacteria over prolonged periods of time.

The responses aren't really hilarious because what the man is doing is grim! If OP was being prissy and overreacting the responses would be hilarious but a grown man's arse and bollocks are rubbing against these pyjama bottoms for hours every night and he's just putting them back on for 7 days in a row...that's minging and anyone who is mocking OP for thinking so is also minging.

You could get him a "days of the week" set with the day embroidered on each one so he knows when to change. Or if he or the pyjamas smell or stick to the sheets, point that out rather than arguing abstractly that he "should" change/wash his pyjamas more often, which he clearly isn't accepting!

Presumably he is showering though?? So it’s not like a weeks worth of stink is on the pjs. If he’s showering before bed every night I’d say they’re cleaner than your tea towel probs. if he’s not showering AND wearing them for a week there’s only one way forward; LTB. Xx

@Yousay55 Honestly most men I have intimate bed knowledge about, wear pjs. Never more than 2 nights before washing. A week is grim, even if he showers before bed.
