To ask if anyone has had a boob job and how it went?

I'd strongly advise you to do a little soul searching OP.

If you had said to make YOU happy and stopped there I would say go for it. But the man thing. If a man is only attracted to you for how you look, you are settling for way less than you deserve.

Have it done, but revaluate why you want it done.

I would be very concerned about “breast implant illness”

there is this YouTuber I was subscribed to for over a decade. She for years complained of mystery illness. Severe fatigue, brain fog, joint pain. said she felt awful, depression, hair loss. She really did look awful! They couldn’t figure out what it was.

turned out to be the breast implants.

She had them removed and all symptoms went away.

I then looked up and quite a few people experienced same thing.

Apparently anything more than a handful is a waste. I can’t remember who told me that.

Breast enlargements are so outdated. I know two women getting theirs removed, at great cost.

I had implants at 23.
I’m now 41 and had them removed in April this year (with a lift) after 18 years and opted not to have them replaced because I don’t want to keep having surgery especially not in my 50s or 60s.
As long as you factor in you will need further surgery down the line then I’d say go for it.
I really loved mine, they looked amazing for the first 10 years. I then had a baby, aged & put a bit of weight on and they looked absolutely atrocious but I hadn’t got the money to have them taken out for quite some time after I began feeling unhappy with them.

Had mine done in 2016. I love them. But I did it for me, not to attract someone. The only thing I would say OP is to get them in proportion to your body — so if you are small framed don’t get huge ones, as they’ll just look tacky. I definitely felt sexier in my own skin after I had them done, but buying tops was more of a challenge for sure. Pros and cons.

I have done it to fill up the space left by two breasfeeding kids. I don’t like them, they’re too big (only 305g but they are too big for me), I don’t fit in tops that fitted before and now I’m gaining fat in the middle due to middle age they make me feel fatter.
I wish I went for a lift only and had small boobs as I realised my main issue wasn’t the size.
They’re also more solid than breast tissue and I miss sleeping comfortably on my stomach.
They’ll come out in a few years and then I’ll deal with the scars of the lift.

Lots of men like small boobs, plus men will shag anything that breathes so they certainly aren't fussy. I have had it 3 times now removed. Breast implant illness is rising plus you have to keep having it done throughout your life. Not worth it. If you really wanted bigger fat transfer is a better option.

I had implants put in earlier this year. I was in a similar situation to you, I never had a bust except when pregnant and they very quickly disappeared!

I had considered doing it for years but end of last year I decided to go ahead and have a consultation and booked the surgery very quickly thereafter.

I had to wait 5 months for the actual surgery, which was done as an out patient. Apart from having to adjust to sleeping on my back for a few months I have had no discomfort or pain.

Scars are tiny, less than an inch wide and in the crease. I went for a modest increase of 265cc and that hasn't raised any comments from anyone asking if I've had them done, they are just fuller now and I no longer need to have tops and dresses taken in due to not filling out the fabric.

If you are in a position to do it financially I would highly recommend it. I wish I had done it earlier if I'm honest.
