Not sure what to think of this photo caption

A male colleague has posted a photo of his wife and their 4 young kids (all under 8 or so) he's put '4 kids, and she's still got a great figure!' Maybe I'm reading into too much but I find it a bit off?

Yeah you’re definitely reading too much into it, it’s not that deep. Wouldn’t be something I would get worked up about. I’m sure if his wife felt it was wrong she would tell him
