Kier and Kemi showed the best of British politics today

I do miss the days that every political interaction was like that. We’ve become so nasty in politics these days, it’s nice to see some mutual respect again.

I agree @thefireinyourheart - it was good to see. A fine example of how decent politicians should behave. That orange w~nk-goblin currently polluting the White House could learn much from it.

I’m another one who always likes respect from politicians but the hypocrisy today of applause knowing these same people stabbed him in the back . It’s a brutal game and you have to wonder why anyone would want to be a politician in today’s climate .

Agreed. It’s quite distasteful, hounding people out for spurious reasons and then acting like you’re their friend or that you will miss them.

It was nice! It reminded me of politics pre-Brexit.
