To be upset my dd is dating a middle aged man

She dating a 30 year old he’s 30 late July and she’s 22 23 one Tuesday. He’s middle aged and she’s still so young

DH was 29 when we met, I was 19 and my Mum was less than impressed I have to say. I was a young 19, he was running his own business and had his own house. She felt that I'd miss out on certain experiences by going out with someone who'd already done what I hadn't.

She was entirely right, I so wish I'd listened.

She is a grownup a 22 year old woman dating a 29 year old man. This should not be a big news story in your life. I am glad everything else is going so smoothly for you.
