How can I stop spiders crawling on me while I sleep

Wtf! I just woke up to a spider crawling across my face!!!!! Yes it was small but my goodness me 😞 Can I do anything to prevent this from happening 😤😤😤😤😤

Spray a bit of insect repellant on yourself.

There are spider deterrant sprays, you could spray that around your bed. There are also plug in things that deter insects.

I was laying in bed with nothing on recently and no covers because its so hot. In the dark, I felt something on my side and brushed it with my hand thinking it was a hair the fan had swept on to me. When I brought my hand back up to my phone there was a big spider on it 😞After squawking and brushing it off it completely disappeared, I couldn't find it anywhere. Its lurking in my bedroom somewhere waiting to strike again

No, I think it will work. I have a resident lizard, who appeared this year in my Greek holiday home (in kitchen). For the first time, I have had no spiders indoors and he hasn't shown the slightest desire to walk over my face.

We have a divan bed and I'm always worried they climb up during the night. I did wake to feel one crawling across my face too, but it was a tiny harmless one so I didn't freak out. It's the big ones with long legs that are the worse. I swear they circle the perimeter of the bedroom when the light goes out! In the autumn it's hell in here. One night I didn't realise the sleeve of my dressing gown was touching the floor of the bedroom and when I put it on in the morning, I looked down and there was only a massive brown spider sat on the arm!! I don't know how I survived that tbh
