AIBU to be shocked at this Primark email?

Just received this email from Primark and was taken aback by the model. Surely this is way too explicit to send to customers?

If you Google "Primark "got plans" email" the only result is this thread. So either the OP has 'shopped it herself, or she's had the fastest shock on the Internet!

That was my guess. The photoshopping was desperately basic

what was their intention, and why didn’t they do a better job of the photoshop if that was their aim/brief, and what’s with the caption and the twin thing?
