Well, first the victims need to be aware of what's happening to them, and, given it happens while they're unconscious, they might not be. Many victims aren't. So at the very least, raising awareness of the crime, and how common it actually seems to be, is important.
It might help a woman realise that the symptoms she's been experiencing are because her husband/partner has been drugging and raping her.

I agree, awareness is key and this campaign is a good idea, I'm not disputing that. But that website implies there isn't justice and accountability for this crime which isn't actually true. That's the bit I don't understand.

The Pelicot case is proof that there are plenty of men capable of engaging in this. As unbelievable as it is.
She has been very brave to go public and we own her so much.
Not so long ago, another French man was finally caught giving diuretics to women in their teas and coffees. He called for interview, they arrived all dressed up, have a drink and he took them for long walks during the interview. So they would piss thelselves.
All these type of abuse is really difficult to find and prove. It is really important to raise awereness.

I don't mean to sound pedantic but isn't there already justice and accountability for this sort of crime?
