If you support Reform, Restore, Greens and similar far right/left parties

How do you feel about the fact that your support is being whipped up by Russia, in concerted attacks, for the specific purpose of sowing division and political instability in Britain? Is this giving you any pause for thought? Do you think you will go back to supporting traditional parties?

Do you think the party you support has a strong platform to defend the country against clear and present danger from very powerful nations which are taking active measures to harm us? Or put another way, are you prepared to entertain the very real possibility that the party you support is propped up by foreign influence and money that are actually using you as pawns in a political game that will destroy all of us, including yourself?

Russia was behind arson attacks targeting PM, BBC reveals

Evidence shows Russians directing the plot and stoking tensions with fake far-right and Muslim groups.

Yeah, so extreme.

Assault of retail worker offence created in Crime and Policing Act 2026

Child Criminal Exploitation now an offence in the Crime and Policing Act 2026

The Children's Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026, legally limiting schools to a maximum of three branded items (including PE kit)

The Tobacco and Vapes bill preventing anybody born after 1st January 2009 from ever being allowed to purchase cigarettes and other tobacco products

All the extreme.

You missed out their repeated attempts to abuse parliamentary process to ram through the assisted suicide bill despite huge issues with the bill, their attempts to shut down free speech by various means, removing jury trials for many, their moves to bring in digital id against the will of many, the Justice Secretary’s repeated claims that we should pay trillions in slave trade ‘reparations’ (even though we spent hand out GDP to above the global slave trade previously), their ban on children accessing social media sites they don’t like but exempting left wing sites like Bluesky. Repeatedly attacking normal British citizens for wanting a say in who settles in our country etc etc

You seem very confused. It seems that a number of Muslims in G & D are already disenfranchised by some in the Muslim community and you are comfortable in accepting the denials of the likely perpetrators.

Did you also see the upset of some who were lied to about the policies of the Green Party? They oppose the extreme LGBTQ stance and it was deliberately omitted in their areas.

Omitting something isn't the same as lying about it.

The Green Party's policy on LGBTQ is perfectly clear on their website.

Not confused. Just not taking seriously the completely daft accusation you aimed at me.

"The Direct Action channel [behind the arson attacks on Starmer's home] also amplified far right figure Stephen Lennon aka Tommy Robinson.

"The group’s YouTube channel produced a series of professionally-edited propaganda videos promoting Lennon’s planned demonstration in Oct 2025."

Well apparently the Green Party aren't as extreme as Reform. No misogyny, homophobia and racism from that quarter. Just a little question of some of their representatives now getting the memo. It must have got lost.

Can you link to that please? I only saw Yusufs post last night so they must have made a response this morning? He clearly had a genuine concern.

In any case, I’m glad that whoever told him that Serco would not enact policies or instructions by a Reform government was lying and that doesn’t reflect the true position of the company. I found it quite shocking that some people are so determined to subvert due process that they would claim such a thing.

They don't care.

They are not interested in rigorous investigative journalism, regardless of the source. They prefer their "alternative facts" from Facebook.

I know.

Sovereignity isn't that important after all.

Tommy Robinson and Musk Sr sharing a drink in Russia, nothing to see here

No, you didn't hit a nerve at all. But thank you for your concern.

Yes, I made an assumption about your post, based on your posting history and that of the poster that you were addressing.

You still haven't told me what you think was ironic. Should I assume that your earlier post was just a stock response that you wheeled out because you couldn't think of anything better to say?

Enjoy your day.

The BBC is not the only nedia reporting on this.

Check out the Financial Times if you care enough.

I see that there was a debate in Westminster Hall back in February this year - Russian Influence on UK Politics and Democracy.

In his introduction, the Labour MP who started the debate makes a reference to the "former" KGB agent and his son - he didn't mention though that it was Lord Mandelson who allowed the former KGB agent to purchase one of our most established newspapers, at the very heart of London, or that Andy Burnham, the then culture secretary thought there was nothing to worry about either.

No, the report that I read regarding Serco's response was published yesterday.

Perhaps you will take this as a lesson next time not to blindly trust what you read on Facebook. And certainly not to spread information from an unreliable source without doing some basic fact checking first?

CornishDaughteroftheDawn · 16/06/2026 10:20

Yes, Farage would love to disenfranchise non-Reform supporting Muslims. Luckily his tentative starting bid in G&D failed.😊

Also SERCO’s response highlighting the ibaccuracies.

Personally, I believe anyone who can support their statements with proper evidence.

Yes, it’s amazing how content some people are with the idea of disenfranchising Muslim voters as long as they are being made to support the correct party.

Why would you assume that? Do you only believe people you agree with?

I assume you have access to Facebook - it’s in his page along with the letter he’s written to Serco about it.

The funny thing is, I don’t care if you don’t believe me, you being in denial doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

What has been presented without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

The thing is, other posters have already debunked what he claimed. So I was right, it was just bullshit

CornishDaughteroftheDawn · 16/06/2026 10:11

LuckyHazelFox · 16/06/2026 08:24

There was no evidence of criminal activity at G&D but that still doesn't refute the observations of polling staff.

It is bullshit, though. Yusuf was getting his pants in a panic over something that wasn't even true. SERCO clarified as per my pp.

FB is awash with disinformation and bots.

TallSturdyGirls · 16/06/2026 07:35

Well in my 50 years of life we've had 36 of a RWP and its got us to where we are now, so I beg to differ.
Edited to add, the majority of countries with the best quality of life (Netherlands, and most of Scandinavian) have either had centrist or slightly left or slightly right coalitions). Extremes are never good for a long term economic or socially well functioning country.

Of course I do.

You mentioned that it seemed to be a pp's turn today. As the pp had been actively engaged in the spreading of disinformation earlier in the thread, I asked if it was there was a rota for doing this.

Now that's settled, are you going to tell me what you think was ironic about my post? A dictionary might help if you aren't sure of the meaning.
