So, there is no doubt now. The court upheld the original decision that Palestine Action is a proscribed terror organisation and support for PA is illegal. No excuses to show support.

It is possible to support Palestinians WIITHOUT the need to support a proscribed terror organisation that's direct action includes assault of a female police officer with a slegehammer and various acts of criminal damage, break in's, damage to UK aircraft.

No one can plead ignorance now if they wave placards supporting proscribed terror organisations they will be arrested. Rightly so.

U.K.’s Ban on Palestine Action Under Terror Legislation Was Lawful, Court of Appeal Rules

The co-founder of the group has vowed to “not stop fighting for the ban to be lifted” and for the “end of the use of terror legislation against us.”

Glad you find that amusing.

The only encounter Floyd had with police in the 7 years prior to the encounter that led to his death was when he was a passenger in an unlicensed car that was pulled over in a traffic stop. He was released without charge.

Perhaps you would display similar incredulity towards the minister of a church near me who was a terrorist in Northern Ireland before becoming a minister.

As anyone who works in the justice system will tell you, some criminals do turn their lives round. What we know about Floyd suggests that he had turned away from crime and was actively working to turn young people away from crime and violence. Sorry that doesn't suit your narrative, but it is the truth.

He was a wrong un, he had a charge sheet longer than your arm.

Can you name that board? No, me neither. @ENGLANDalltheway is fine posting here considering this affects the whole of the UK and not a teeny, weeny niche group.

I'm very pleased to see this result. These thugs seem to attach themselves to any cause that will result in the most violence.

Isn’t there a specific board for this kind of thing?

Indeed. Floyd had little contact with the police in the 7 years prior to his death. He seemed to have turned his life round. It may be that he would have returned to crime, but it is by no means guaranteed.

😂

Isn’t there a specific board for this kind of thing?

A board to chat about how a proscribed terrorist organisation that operates in the UK is being dealt with? This ruling affects the UK, no longer having thugs feeling they can run amok as they wish. You see them on marches proudly supporting a terror organisation whilst thinking they are in the right. Just thugs

We know how GF's life would have turned out

No, "we" do not know any such thing. You are just making yet another racist assumption about someone based on the fact they were black and had a criminal history.

I see you wont answer

No, I have answered. I said "There is no telling how George Floyd's remaining life would have played out"

You might find that answer unsatisfactory because it does not predict specific behaviour, but it is still a perfectly cogent answer to the question you asked.

But GF was also a wrong un, who done nothing but cause misery and fear to the community he lived in. That isn't a life I am going to celebrate

Nobody is expecting you to "celebrate" George Floyd. Perhaps you could reflect on what it is driving you that apparently makes you feel it's acceptable to celebrate a man being murdered by a serving police officer though.

The original point you made was that the GF protesters were on the "wrong side". The clear implication of this statement is that you believe they should instead have been out protesting Derek Chauvin's murder conviction, which very much does suggest that you are nothing other than a typical racist, hence why I found it "easy" to "throw out" that word.

We know how GF's life would have turned out.

I don't care if you are Axel Rudukabana, Wayne Couzens, Hasem Abedi,or the horrible white middle class teachers that got found guilty today.

If I think the world is better off without you, I am going to say it.

I am not saying anything that out there, a lot of people would agree with me.

Obviously you don't, and that's ok.

It's so easy to throw out the word racist.

The reason DC got a life sentence was because he killed GF, nobody is disputing that. DC was also a wrong un.

But GF was also a wrong un, who done nothing but cause misery and fear to the community he lived in. That isn't a life I am going to celebrate.

Just the same as I wont shed any tears over white men like Huntley and Watkins.

Evil is evil, and we are better off without them.

A lot less damaging to other people than serial pedophiles and men who look at child buse images, but we don't see the Police culling them. That Officer had no right or justification to kill GF.

Hence why the police officer got a life sentence.

Ponoka7 · 15/06/2026 17:35

It simply isn't relevant, because no matter what he went on to do with his life, it in no way justifies his murder, or the racists who excuse it on the premise that his life was worthless in any case because he was a black man with a criminal past.

Weird you've drawn that conclusion, since what I actually said was "There is no telling how George Floyd's remaining life would have played out", so again, the obvious conclusion here is this is just you, as a racist, yet again trying to excuse Floyd's murder simply because he was a black man with a criminal history.

And I am rolling my eyes at somebody who think a career criminal who made people's lives a misery - was all of a sudden going to turn his life around and begin helping old ladies across the road at 46 years of age.

I agree, and like with George Floyd they are protesting against the wrong side!

The police need support. It's a tough job and when they go to a call out and a stupid, ignorant, Palestine Action protester wacks a sledghammer twice into a police woman then says he was 'scared for his fellow protesters' you realise what muppets the police have to deal with. Imagine if everyone went around breaking into places, chucking red paint over things when thy feel like it or started wacking police women with slegehammers and whipping security guards. They are not above the law of this country.

And this makes it perfectly acceptable to murder him how, precisely?

Exactly.

It doesn't make it ok, and that's why he got sent to prison.

But bonkers people were protesting over GF. The world is a better and safer place without him.
