D&V Beckham have always been grifters. It was bad enough when they were just doing it amongst themselves, but to do it to your kids. I feel sorry for all four of them.

She's a flying monkey sent by her narcissistic mother and enabling father. I do feel sorry for her and hopes she's able to see what's happening at some point and free herself from that toxic family as her eldest brother has done.

Really? You never see his parents 'Harping' (baha) on about it? Sad faces etc and making out HE has ruined the family? Come on now Victoria be honest here.

As for Brooklyn Beckham, not too sure if this is ironic or hypocritical.

The only one that I ever see going on about how Brooklyn Beckham is NC with his family is Brooklyn Beckham.

No idea where they get there information but pretty sure that there are people who are so rich that they can hide their money from public view.

As someone who has had family be in the local newspapers because of an accident and the stuff that got written about them was the work of pure fiction.

I would take what is written in the paper with a pinch of salt.
Anyone can write a sensational piece on here and without any checking to confirm it’s the truth it gets published in a national newspaper.

I wonder if those in the media don’t make a game of coming up with outlandish or tongue in cheek claims just to see who would publish or who in their circle is leaking stuff to journalists

I recall when James Stunt declared himself a billionaire, now bankrupt.

I used to work for someone who featured on the Times rich list, and they had his wealth about 5x the actual wealth. They saw the capital (property developments) but didn't see the books with the loans (400 million) on.

Made sure they got the in fact that V and D have suddenly declared themselves ‘billionaires’. They must’ve been raging that the Peltzs are described as being such, so came out with that. They are beyond pathetic.

We can’t have it all ways though. If he’s doing something without his parents managing it all then that’s a good thing isn’t it? Even if he’s doing a bad job of it.

So now the DM has a paywall article about how Brooklyn could bring down brand Beckham. Can’t read it obviously but I don’t think he will bring it down. They will bring it down by bringing their behaviour into public which they are increasingly doing

It is beyond me how anyone could have anything but contempt for D & V at this stage. The way Harper is being treated as a pawn in their business and is being groomed by them fully vindicates Brooklyn and his decisions.

I’ve been following the thread and drama for a while and flip flopping between who I support but the more I see it play out I think BB has raised valid issues with his family and the way he’s been brought up / treated.

For those who think the ad is innocuous and could’ve been done by anyone I think the “Easter eggs” in there are enough to prove that’s not the case - the biggest tell for me being the presence of the elephant picture in the hallway! The fact his parents allowed that to be published and subsequently ridiculed is enough to make me believe this is what they wanted for him for their own gain.

Their reaction is due their lack of control on the situation.

If VD were really interested in the brand they would be focussing on making the kids independent and having a career that they then go to and support

are we going to have an 80 year old Beckham opening a supermarket with his 50 year old kids coming along to while posh is all over him ? They need to do some succession planning!!

Whether or not these kids are academic and go to uni - what does it really matter. The Beckhams have failed to meet their childrens needs. One need would have been to explore what they enjoy and are good at as opposed to dragging them around the world. If one wanted to work as an electrician or in a supermarket so what. It would not have been a failure. But I guess they haven't been able to find out what interests they have beyond instagram and skin care.

But there's so much chatter in general about whether or not university pays off, and lots of 'normal' kids think they'd be better off becoming influencers... I'm not surprised that it's not an obvious or attractive route to kids who have been raised as they have, and who can so easily choose to be famous for being famous.
