All murders are wrong. No one has a hierarchy of suffering.

They don't get murdered for being attracted to the opposite sex though, way to spectacularly miss the point.

Straight people get murdered too, mostly for being women.

Are you kidding? Please just see some of the threads on her about gay men seeking surrogates, or whether gay men should be allowed to adopt. Have you forgotten the two girls in London who were beaten up on the bus? That happens more than is reported on the news. Have you seen the social media content where young men say they'll disown their son if they're gay? That's happening now.

Why not have an Equality Act Pride day, you know celebrate all the protected characteristics together. Join as one, be happy for everyone and have a big diverse party. Gay alphabetic Pride has had far too much party cake by now, time to slice it up fairly.

Plus you know if you let straight men anywhere near organising a straight pride festival it is going to be sexualised to the max and give Pride a run for it's money. Does anyone want a festival of straight male kink?

In my work disability week, specific condition awareness days, carers week and all kinds of different times are acknowledged.

I love Pride, and I love the idea of having a big party and parade to celebrate these other things! One thing doesn't have to cancel out the others, let's have a year filled with celebrations! Especially young carers, how wonderful it would be to have a festival celebrating them ❤️

You’re being wilfully ignorant here, rainbows as decoration in a nursery and the pride flag are not the same things and you know it. They absolutely do not need to be wafting the pride flag in a sodding nursery.

Would be nice to have a disability awareness or carers month, with a special flag flown in supermarkets and town halls etc. Not going to happen though is it, just the Holy Month of Pride which is not as inclusive as it likes to make out....
