AIBU to be annoyed my dog chewed up an expensive vibrator

Do you want me to post a photo of the chewed vibrator. It was real and I only posted because i couldn’t share with people IRL other than my partner. I thought it might make people laugh

And yet, over the 15 years I've been on Mumsnet there have been loads of these 'original' threads saying exactly the same thing 🙄

It has happened to me albeit with a tingletip that I had left attached to my toothbrush! I didn't start a thread about it is the only difference.
I only noticed when I saw the bright pink end in her poo. Dogs like things that smell strongly of owners, hence wanting to eat the crotch of knickers, false teeth, and things that have been in one's nether regions.

Had you washed it OP or had you fallen into a post-orgasmic bliss and left it unwashed? If they smell, ahem, 'like you' that's why they steal and chew them. The same reason that the thing keeping denture repair shops in business is dogs chewing on people's false teeth.
