To think Nigel Farage should be locked up?

He was inciting violence with his “address to the nation” speech, calling for rage.

Meanwhile, he doesn’t care when women are actually murdered by the police

Surely enough is enough and they need to take action?

Nigel Farage MP (@Nigel_Farage) on X

We must not allow the tragic murder of a young woman turn into attacks on men and attacks on the police.

vetting row raises fresh concerns over Starmer's judgement

... the prime minister was told to his face by one of his own MPs, Emma Lewell, that the last few weeks had led to people "screaming at me in the street that I am a member of the paedo protectors party".

I’m was addressing a specific point, do keep up.

Can you explain how ‘pure cold rage’ is inciting violence?

To me, cold rage would be exactly the opposite of violence. It implies a measured response and they don’t generally involve violence. I think you and the government are just desperate to shut him up as he is a lightning rod for the feelings of many.

This governments actions are far more divisive and destructive for society than Farage could ever manage.

As Starmer commissioned the official investigation, I’ll draw my own conclusions thanks. Just another day of the elite protecting their own…

You’re talking bollocks. There was no investigation. Johnson was lying, his party knew he was lying and members of his staff resigned in disgust.

I think he should be. He is inciting violence.

Good thing that person isn’t our PM then.

And another good thing : Good thing that person isn’t our PM then. Meaning the man in the photo - Boris. Thanks for reminding me how bad things were when he was scraping that barrel. That really was chaos.

Well someone who failed to investigate or prosecute Jimmy Saville when it was the worst kept secret in Luvvieland is not fit to be Prime Minister….

Boris Johnson

No evidence for Boris Johnson's claim about Keir Starmer and Jimmy Savile

The PM's claim that Keir Starmer failed to prosecute Jimmy Savile is not backed up by any evidence.

What do you want to happen?
The IOPC are investigating. An inquest jury will look at whether any “act or omission by a police officer” contributed to Henry’s death.
Wheels are turning to try and establish what went wrong, who (outside the killer) should be held accountable, and what needs to happen next.
Im not sure what practical help, or change “cold rage” will illicit?

What would your guess have been in September 2022? See? We can all do whataboutery.

Keir Starmer
A vote for Labour is a vote for stability – economic and political. A politics that treads more lightly on all our lives. A vote to stop the chaos.

Did you vote Labour to stop the chaos?

BIossomtoes · 04/06/2026 21:25

Clavinova · 04/06/2026 21:22

And who will be the PM in 3 months' time? Any guesses?

The only person who can call a general election is the PM. The last thing this country needs is an early one. The electorate (ie Reform voters) will just have to be patient.

And who will be the PM in 3 months' time? Any guesses?

I would think both Labour and Conservative do very much ‘give a shit’ about the current polls. If they don’t, then more fool them.

Why? It’s another three years before we get to vote. It’s an eternity in politics.

MulberryBrandy · 04/06/2026 21:11

PomplaMouse · 04/06/2026 21:04

He's vile, and it was awful reading about the Reform nutjobs who, through threats of extreme violence, have forced police officers (current and former) and their families into hiding, on the basis of mistaken identity.

No doubt if those thugs are found and locked up, they'll all be shrieking about freedom of speech.

Absolute vermin, and Farage is their pied piper.

Yes, and joining in as usual is Elon Musk. Keir is also calling out this creep who has also incited violence on British streets.

Kitte321 · 04/06/2026 21:05

Who gives a shit about the polls now? The only one that matters is three years away.

Neither. They’re the only remotely statesmanlike politicians at the moment. The revulsion the rest of parliament felt for Farage yesterday was palpable.

Kier … is that you?

It’ll be interesting to see if this has any effect on the polls.

I think that will depend on what Keir does next.

He has said this:
“Henry deserves a legacy that goes beyond this awful tragedy, and I am committed to making that happen,"

Let’s see if he can turn this into more than just words.

JuliaBraverman · 04/06/2026 20:59

Starmer’s actually nailed this one. And so has Badenoch, actually.

He's a cunt and a criminal but if you lock him up, he'll be a martyr too... I wish he would just fuck off and die..
