Maybe im overreacting but been in new place 2 months and we have issue with rats coming into the garden so far tried natural deterrents without success im adverse to poison and to be honest its a battle I could do without help please im petrified to even use my garden so upset.

If they are coming into your garden then they are living in your neighbours garden. Go round and ask if they are aware - they might not be - and they can deal with the problem at source.

Rats are everywhere. Just make sure you don't have any food stored or accessible out there (rubbish bins, semi blocked drains that get grease, bird feeders etc.) and they'll go elsewhere.

Absolutely not - I am terrified of rats and they will be in the house next! Move if possible
