Is Vinted broken?

I know it’s first world problems but I keep getting this message on Vinted go days now when I try and refine the search. Is it me or is their site down?

I've recently signed up to Vinted and somehow over the past couple of days, although I'm being bombarded by emails from them, I'm unable to access any of my sales, any messages I need to reply to, the money I've been paid, etc. Trying to get through the bots is impossible and at every turn you get some AI generated 'personal' (not) response with guidance to get you back in. None of them worked and I'm now feeling that I'm being scammed and my personal details are at risk. Any suggestions very welcome.

I did think of opening a shop on Vinted and immediately got blocked. It took them 3 days to respond. Im told this is not uncommon so I will not be proceeding.

I’ve stopped using Vinted as a seller since they updated their terms on 30 April and ID is required to send funds to your bank account. Just can’t be bothered with that.

Same error here, driving me up the wall! Just want a bundle of school shorts and trousers but can’t search by any term at all!

It gets more bizarre - mine now seems to be working properly again on both app, and laptop, but I'm getting full screen adverts popping up on laptop every few seconds. Grrrr.

I keep getting that too. Vinted is so shit now anyway with the stupid size categories, maybe I should take it as my hint to break the habit 😅

Oddly, the problem doesn't seem to affect shoes.

It's affecting shoes for me. That's how I discovered the issue.

Same error here. As I really dislike their size filters now search is the best way to find things so I have given up for the time being.

Same! It's so annoying, especially with no time frame for when it will be fixed. I need to buy their summer clothes!

It’s not easy. I had to converse with a few chatbots before I managed to speak to a human. Vinted are difficult to deal with generally.

This has been happening to me too, and I have had several very long chats about it with different Vinted people through the app over the last week. At no point has any of them mentioned a test, thanks for the information as it has really been winding me up!

Are you able to use photos of what you are looking for and screen that way?

Not just you. I’m trying to filter for size in eg brand (H&M) & item (girls dresses) & it says there are no sizes available with this filter. Given there are thousands if not millions of H&M dresses listed, and I’ve always done this - it’s Vinted not you. , it seems to be broken.

Oh that's interesting as I keep getting that message!

It's helping me really as it's stopping me from browsing on vinted as much as I usually do...
