To ask if this sounds like a lazy person or someone with more going on

Hairs matted, often wears dirty clothes, has had vomit in their bathroom tha has now grown mould on it for two weeks, lots of rubbish in their room and out of date food and even mouldy clothing and other items

Sounds like an inability to care for themselves or severe depression. Not normal behaviour for the majority of people. Do they have any friends? A social life outside of the house.

Sounds like someone who is depressed and/ or has mental issues.

Or someone on drugs.

Whatever the cause, it needs investigating and action taken to rectify the situation. It’s not normal not to clear up vomit, or to have dirty, matted hair. Dirty clothes could be laziness, or a broken machine.

It’s not lazy it’s beyond that, as it’s unhygienic and chaotic. I would think that they have a physical and/or mental health issue that means they are not capable of managing basic personal and house hygiene.
