I agree, I have to do a Stephen king followed by a couple of another genre. The dark tower series is fantastic. I don't think there's any stand out bad ones for me though

For a very brief time I used to go to a book club (sadly I moved away). It’s like here, so many different views of good books. I find it really interesting.

It's interesting that so many have got To Kill a Mockingbird on their list. I'm reading it at the moment and I'm struggling with the sheer quantity of characters in it. There's something about the writing style that I can't get to grips with. I shall persevere.

Zoe Heller is like Donna Tartt in that there are long gaps between her books. Maybe she has run out of ideas, but I wish she’d publish another book soon.
