Katie Price and the rift with her kids?

I used to watch this all the time back in the day, cannot remember him being mean to her, but it was KP constantly taking the pee out of him.

It’s a shame people (including me - because I read the media, and am commenting here, so … ) waste precious oxygen on these malingering wastes of space. There are a million other hugely talented people who deserve our attention. Why are we frotting over this moral vacuum of a family who measure their self worth in clicks and likes? It’s obscene.

Bankruptcy, farming disabled children out, multiple divorces, stupid dangerous plastic surgery in cheapie locstions, kids who have been exposed to the media from being little without their consent, dead pets, horrible reality tv shows … just grim.

The clips are misleading. In the full programme KP is offensive and goading. She is in a bad mood and he tries to get her out of it but ends up getting into a bad mood himself. He comes across as having had some kind of mental breakdown and she seems to know his weak spots and twists the knife in bringing him to the brink of breakdown. She is not ok.

She's not academic. She opened her exam results on camera (TikTok?). She was (is?) enrolled at Beauty College but now appears to be going down the TV fame route.

I think they are both awful and it’s a wonderful fact of nature that children are born with their own personalities as Princess and Junior seem sweet ! Glad they have each other …

She's been on tv since she was a baby she's tol well known to get an ordinary job ,I have no idea if she is academic so university may or may not becout of the question so yes I imagine she will go down the z list celebrity route like a lot of " celebrities " kids

She is so fame hungry that she would be willing to take over her daughter’s show. Appalling. Most people want their kids to shine. Katie sees it as an opportunity to revive her stalled career.

it was obvious from the start that Katie wanted to do a double act with her daughter. I bet she would have supported Princess going on Only Fans but Andre would put his foot firmly down. Good.

I remember a couple of years back she did a documentary where she wanted to start IVF to have another baby with the man she was dating at the time (who she's no longer with). She's in her late 40s and already has 5 kids ffs, none of whom she has custody of. She seems desperate to stay relevant and in the limelight and has always exposed her children to the media/used them for money and fame, pretty much from birth. I'm not a huge fan of PA either but he at least appears to be a stable, responsible parent.

I do believe that she has suffered trauma and abuse, but I also believe that she isn't a particularly good person or responsible parent. All three of those things can be true simultaneously.

She’s killed dozens of animals, done drugs around her kids, had her drivers license removed yet still driven, had two taken from her by social services and the older two have distanced themselves from her, she’s pimped Harvey out to make money by making him to appearances in nightclubs and many other awful things.

Her mum says it didn’t happen. I’m actually more inclined to believe her mum on this than her.

The 2 youngest children were removed from her care, the next 2 were raised by their father, the eldest has been in a full time residential college for years. She assaulted a woman at the school gates, housed her children in squalor (the ‘mucky mansion’ was not cute, it was a sign of her chaotic drug use and narcissism) killed their pets, had their childhood home repossessed through bankruptcy, crashed her car while drug/drunk driving with the youngest at home, and paraded them all as tabloid fodder throughout their lives. She is by any standards an unfit mother and a deluded middle age has been desperate for attention. Princess has to live with the knowledge that there is a photo of her mum with actual shit on her belly. Thank goodness she has at least one stable parent.

I don’t think she’s lied about being SA as a child. I remember reading her first autobiography 20 years ago and it was mentioned.

I used to watch her series with Pete. If anything rewatching it, he seems the narcissistic one.

Call me old fashioned but I thought mothers tried their best to be good role models for their children. Maybe her children are old enough now to realise that they don't want to follow her lead but make something better for themselves. Her hanging onto them will only hold them back she will use them and exploit any success they have for her own sad glory.

What happened to Bunny and Jett? I heard they were removed from their dads care after his girlfriend assaulted them ( I saw a video at the time of her screaming and throwing food at them) And then KP got custody but lost it, I don’t know why though.

I didn't watch their shitty reality series, so can't comment other than everything we see is edited to suit someone's agenda and sell, basically.

Not defending PA, my impression has always been that he's an absolute wanker, but KP is certainly no better. Turbuent relationships, multiple kids with mutliple partners, all the surgeries, financially insecure (how? We can only guess, but mine is white marching powder), the 'mucky mansion' and so many pet dog deaths.

I’d be interested to know about the people around KP. She is clearly not psychologically healthy but seems to have people around her not acting in her interests and who gain from her decisions and publicised chaos. Whether that’s the endless knuckle heads she dates or the cosmetics surgeons who agree to operate on her. She needs different people around her.

I know two people who have worked in close proximity with both KP and PA who have both come to the same conclusion about them, which is also what I would have assumed. One person I know worked with them for over a year regularly, away from the media. She started off expecting to loathe KP and find PA the sensible one. She came away from the experience feeling very different; that Katie was troubled but basically a much nicer person than PA who she thought was a nasty piece of work (but less troubled and therefore much better at presenting an acceptable face). The other person I know said exactly the same to me after months of working with them. Neither of these two people know each other yet they both, separately, came away with a deep dislike of PA, not KP.

she churned out babies so she could sell her pregnancy, birth, early days at home etc to the likes of Hello and OK magazine back in the day, all her children have been used as money making machines.
Comes a time when she has to start taking responsibliity for her own actions, she hasnt brought up any of her children, the dads have. Social services would not have taken this decision lightly and imo absolutely she has no defence.

Literally could not give less of a fuck! I have no idea why people become obsessed with the lives of people they don't even know!! I don't think I will ever understand it. They are both pricks for what it's worth.

Harvey is a large adult man with very complex disabilities including violent behaviours, I don't think 'shunted off' is fair :/

The last time I saw KP and PA together was the last series of their reality show and she was bullying him into ground. She’s a really nasty piece of work and totally fucked up.

He’s gone on to marry someone intelligent and sensible and what has she done?

Now she’s trying to muscle in to her DD’s TV show.
