Yo say Russell Brand can’t stoop much lower.

He has appeared in court this morning so I’m guessing he is in panic mode.
He seems to trying to use distraction tactics to avoid the reality of his past..
What about grooming gangs?
What about Southport?
I mean how low can you get to compare the Southport tragedy to what is happening in your life, both things have nothing to with him!
And if anyone is bored enough to try and explain his supporters to me feel free.. Lots of comments like, The government are trying to set him up because he has unlocked the matrix and got them all worried.
Are people really suggesting that he had kier Starmer so worried that the government have found four women willing to lie to the police about rape?
it’s completely insane.

This seems to be the most used RB thread.

You will have seen this, no doubt. Brand promoting his book on how to become a Christian in 7 days

(Dead air. Rustling of bible pages)

He just shared this on instagram, It’s actually ridiculous that he thinks he is so important. His defence lawyer must have told him to stop with this conspiracy theory bullshit, but they probably also advised him to button his shirt up.

They're persecuting me because I became a Right Whinger!😭😭😭

No Russell, you're being prosecuted because you are/were a habitual sex abuser.🙄

JojoM1981 · 02/05/2025 10:43

Turned up with his shirt open. No respect for the courts. A complete narc 🤮

Hopefully will result in a stiffer sentence.

For those saying cases rarely go to court, the singer of Spandau Ballet was found guilty last year on similar charges.

Could I have some clarification over your post please?

There were 71,227 rapes recorded by police in 2024. 5 out of 6 women and 4 out of 5 men don’t report it to police. God only knows how many more go through it and never tell a soul. Less than 3 in 100 of those 71,227 rapes resulted in someone being charged, never mind convicted. Conviction stats are even lower. https://rapecrisis.org.uk/get-informed/statistics-sexual-violence/

So I’m a bit confused by the point you’re trying to make by posting a report of a single rapist who was convicted. I can’t imagine that you’re suggesting that the people saying cases rarely get to court are wrong because the lead singer of a band was convicted. You’re not saying that, are you?

Unfortunately I don't think that it is the case that a man can "look like a rapist". Most of the time they are pretending to be our friend. Most of the time they are husbands, or boyfriends, or family members or friends. Most of the time there are a bunch of people willing to line up in court and say "what a great bloke he is". Most of the time the woman involved is ostracised from her family, community or social group for speaking up, while the man is protected by others.

That’s exactly what I meant. Sometimes this horror emerges about someone and you are genuinely shocked. Because, as you say, they present as a normal human being. Not RB. I don’t think there’s a woman alive who was surprised by this. It was so obvious he was a vile man. He made not one single attempt to hide it. The arrogant shit.

I don’t think there’s a woman in the world who is surprised that this is who he is. You can see just by looking at him.

If he’s shown anything in the past it’s that he can always go lower

Totally this

Just when you think that's rock bottom he plunges further down...

Christmasbear1 · 03/05/2025 02:25

I'm surprised at the number of supporters he has on his insta comments. Also, well done to Daniel sloss for standing up in the first place.

DisabledDemon · 03/05/2025 02:20

He'll need a lot more than baptising to clean his murky, mucky soul. A few angels with fiery swords would be more appropriate.

Velmy · 03/05/2025 01:43

thepariscrimefiles · 02/05/2025 18:52

He hasn't really changed for the good. It's all a money-making grift.

This. It's absolutely textbook. He doesn't genuinely believe half the stuff he's peddling, it's just the only way he can make a living now that he can't get work in the mainstream anymore. Same as Laurence Fox, Alex Jones etc.

There are always idiots willing to part with their money/take up your cause, as long as you tell them what they want to hear. Back in the day people like Brand would have been shunned into obscurity, but thanks to the internet and social media, they can platform themselves and continue the grift.

I know! I have always been disgusted by him and thought he was truly awful. I never understood why he was getting airtime.

There is too much of the ‘lynch mob’ mentality now and he is innocent until proven guilty.

He is innocent until proven guilty. That doesn't mean people can't have an opinion of him.

And even if he's found innocent of these charges, that doesn't mean he isn't a scumbag.

@EnhancedVampireEyeballs I'm so sorry you are going through this. I really hope your migraine eases up soon and you can get some rest.

I've never met the man but a couple of friends did at when I was at uni. He sounded like an absolute predator. I'm glad the world is now seeing him for who he is.

Thank you so much. I am glad also.

I've been very comforted by the supportive comments. And I appreciate every single one of them ❤️

I really appreciate the kind and understanding comments. This has really thrown me, I've got my head between my knees vomiting, have a serious stress induced migrane, and am terrified of having a seizure (mine are brought on by stress). I'll be okay, the kindness of other people on here has been somewhat soothing. Or I'll have a seizure and spend another week in hospital. Really hoping it's not the latter.

He’s literally been charged in a court of law

Ah, Tucker again, he enjoys defending that type.

Recently interviewed Conor McGregor, the other scruff, convicted in civil court rapist, tucker didn't ask him one question about the recent civil case, conor lost.

OoLaOoLa · 02/05/2025 21:10

@LudvillasCave
Yeah I still can’t believe it to be honest, The police told me afterwards it’s a common tactic used by defence lawyers.. She made me look angry and argumentative by making me angry… The second I broke and started crying she had no further question. But the damage was done, she’d shown the jury a fiery woman (she actually called me that at one point) who could stand up for herself. Like the women in this trial my case was historic, I can’t imagine I would have coped very well if it had gone to trial when I was a teenager.
I have two friends who have had similar experiences in court over the last 5 years and both cases ended with a guilty verdict, I am praying these women get justice too, and a good prosecutor.

He’s a twat. He assaulted my son once. Pushed him over at a demo. It’s about time he got his comeuppance

LudvillasCave · 02/05/2025 20:55

OoLaOoLa · 02/05/2025 20:34

Yep the court experience shocked the hell out of me, I was asked to read out to the jury what I was wearing the night I was raped.. She then asked “Can you not understand how that might be confusing to men” This was 2024 by the way, not 1624. I couldn’t believe the defences spin, I think I’m probably still in shock and it’s been 7 months since my trial finished.

Jesus Christ, I’m so sorry you had to be in that room and experience that utter bullshit. It doesn’t even make sense that they would ask you that question – is it an accusation, if so of what? How the fuck can you know someone’s motives for attacking another person. Do they ask this to people who have things stolen from their cars? ‘Do you think it might have been confusing for the thief?’ WHAT CRAP. Fucking sexist bullshit.

Are women on a beach all fair game then? Are bikinis too confusing for men?

I thought we were all clear what consent is nowadays. I cannot believe that in 2024 a defence lawyer would still be allowed to try and blame an outfit for someone else’s decision to attack.

I am so, so sorry you had to deal with such a load of horrible, stupid bullshit. May the person who attacked you and the spineless, gutless people who defended him rot in hell.

Willing to bet that on another day, on another issue, you'd be championing freedom of speech.

His comments on a TV documentary about loving to see a woman’s mascara run with her tears as he rammed his cock down her throat (making her choke) helped me to decide.

I am not going into detail, but I can, from personal experience, absolutely confirm that he is a rapist. I hope he gets sent to prison. I hope he goes to fucking hell. I hope he gets even a drop of what he deserves.

Seeing his odious face on the news has genuinely made me vomit.

I’m sorry for what you’ve been through. I hope you’ve got support. Please look after yourself.
