Shopify - how easy?

Does anyone have experience of Shopify? I’m looking to set up an online business that needs a shopping website, do I need to employ someone to help me or can I do it myself? And if I can do you have any idea how long it will take to create? Probably start with a product range of about 20 products

Dead easy to set up but we dropped after a couple of years as very few sales.
