I want to lose up to 2 stone, but not up to posting weight in public just yet! Started last Tuesday and had lost 2.5lbs by Friday. Next weigh in is Friday again for me. My weakness is just eating the wrong food, especially when busy. Have to stop resorting to take outs and pizza! Following WW points, and started att he gym.

BearessLite:
Was 10st 7lbs starting - but it was the end of a lardy day when I weighed in and had trackies and t-shirt on. So I think 10st 4lbs is a better indicator.
Now 10st 1lb.
Want to be 9 st 5lbs.
Weakness: Everything. Seriously.

FatFluckerFio · 10/01/2005 09:43

"Sweet Potatoes
Diet Nutrition
Sweet potatoes are marginally higher in calories than white potatoes. They contain large amounts of beta-carotene and other carotenoids which gives them exceptional anti-cancer properties. Sweet Potatoes also contain vitamin C and vitamin E.

Highly recommended

morning ladies
was 11.10
now 11.8 - hooray
Target 10 st or under

weakness - dh leading me into temptation, esp with alcohol.

BTW I'm doing what I call healthy eating, but had a freebie about the GI diet in the Sunday Times, and it seemes to be exactly what I'm on. Basically it's avoiding high fat, high sugar and processed carbs - e.g. white bread (granary bread is OK).

simple and non restrictive - it's the diet for me
