I miss mayo. I tried the sacla mayo and it's god awful🤢.

What condiments and sauces can you not live without now? Is there a good vegan mayo?

The Hellman’s mayo is really good.

Make your own mayo using aquafaba as egg substitute.

HoneysuckIejasmine · 19/04/2019 21:40

Vegenaise is the best Mayo ever! It’s expensive but worth it. Sainsburys sell it or the vegan kind online store.

www.thevegankindsupermarket.com/products/follow-your-heart-vegenaise-340g-grapeseed-oil?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=googleshopping&variant=12989762568286&gclid=CjwKCAjwqfDlBRBDEiwAigXUaKEI81nhzqtI8Ua89aiVBCD5dj4_ptm5vU-HTkueI7nG1IrvUgnkHRoC2roQAvD_BwE

Hellman’s is ok but more vinegary.

Hellmans Vegan! I can't live without mayo, I have it with everything! They don't sell it everywhere though.

I didn't like veganaise, found the texture was too jelly-like...

NearlyVegan · 23/04/2019 16:38

Oh no bought the veganaise

Yes I HATE vinegar (including apple cider vinegar) which is problem because a lot of vegan mayos have plenty of it. I make my own with dried english mustard, water , celery salt, olive oil, chopped or dried garlic, whisk it like a homemade egg mayo, it goes thick and then I add some tofu or tofu yoghurt. s'lovely Grin
