Ok so just home to an XS pink Meryl! . and yes as not said, , Planet Hush has done it again with the sizing .. it fits this 12/14 really well also !
Will post back the S tomorrow ..and a photo in the morning . The XS looks great on you not are you keeping it?

No sign of any 3rd Meryl...so may be they weren't sending another after all

loved the furniture Len and your other decor ( what I can see of it , ).
*Miffy I love all of those jumpers.. have seen the grey H&M , and liked it

Ella , i think the neck on the Top Shop one does need to be wider , for it to work, sadly the links you posted to the others dont seem to work for me.

I need to read back more on last thread but not now, (i did see that cCherries bought a coat earlier though )

Its been a tiring day .. DM still in hospital.. no real change sadly, but she is more talkative ..

Thanks for the new thread @Laska3Meryl
Marking my place. 5th night of no wine for me and feeling very virtuous. Hasn't stopped me ordering knitwear though.

Hello. Thanks @Laska2Meryl Grin
Well the glitter wide top came and it is lovely but...think I have too many of these sparkly things to justify so I am on the fence about it.
Love all the jumpers but have resisted as I have lots of jumpers and I don't need anything atm to make me warmer! I do however love the pink of the Meryl and love the topshop one on you @Ella. Its a gorgeous shape and colour imo. I cannot keep my halo intact though after a moment of complete and utter madness I am so ashamed to say I ordered the leather leggings. They are ridiculous in price but wanted to scratch that itch. I will have to return though as they are just to £££ and likely in a 12 they will be too small anyway.

Always
Do you still have your sparkly Ivy from last year?

.. I though they were so similar , that I just couldn't justify the new wide top

Yes I do and I wore it last year to my work xmas night out. This is why I am thinking of sending it back. Saying that, it does look good with my next mock leather skirt. Its quite versatile as its shorter but is it really worth it when I have the longer one? Not sure.

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 08/11/2018 23:13

The longer one is good over leggings/thick tights/jeans.
The shorter one is good with skirts, jeans. But it is soooo similar. I don't find this version itchy at all.

Thanks for the new thread @LaskaSomeNumberOfMeryl Grin. Glad yours came and that it fits well! I'm just bemused by the reviews on the website saying an M is fine for a size 10/12 and so on. Maybe we're doing it all wrong and we are supposed to be drowning in wool? I love it, and I haven't taken it off, so I think that means I'm keeping it. DH came back from work and said, "oh, that's nice- you're all wooly", and he may have agreed to buy me the pink one for Christmas if one comes into stock... Shock.

Sorry your DM doesn't seem to be on the up - though more talkative sounds promising.

@always Exciting about the leggings! They do look lovely but soooooo expensive Eeek.

@Ella Respect for your wine restraint! But it's Friday tomorrow... I'm sure you can have a little Wine on a Friday??!

The hushita one will also go down in husheeta history.

I did have a £20 off voucher for the leggings but honestly, it didn't really put that much of a dent in the price but I just really ordered them to see as I was curious more than anything else.

Morning all! Thanks for the new thread, was keeping up with the last one (just about) but not much time to post. Have had a crazy week and just about to go to work and I realised I was very Hush-ed up today. Excuse the weird angle, mirror not available as DS2 still asleep!
I never tire of these trousers, even though they are a bit of an assault on the eyes!

Morning everyone :). I’ve decided anaesthetists are the unsung heroes of the medical world. He promised me the good drugs, and my god he delivered :). Spent most of yesterday having the best sleeep I’ve had for months. Today I need to get packed up and back to England.

I’m sorry your mum isn’t picking up as quickly as you’d have hoped, Laska, it must be such a worry.

I sent my wide glitter top back, just wasn’t feeling the love and it kept epilating all the little hairs in my arms, it would have driven me insane. I’ve kept the raglan, to wear with the Dylan side strip trousers and my marina skirt.

I’m still really bloated today, so wearing harems, rock n roll tee, and big cardi to travel in.

Thanks for your thoughts on Mum .. its going to be a long haul.. sadly whilst she is improving in some ways , she isnt much in others .. (so many things conspiring for her) and they havent yet been able to get her walking again yet .. Shes certainly talkative and complaining lots about being there and demanding to come home but sadly not all of it makes perfect sense..despite the fact she hasnt has any diagnosis of dementia so far she can t always seem to remember why she has to be there . its very sad..

Anyway , so yes i was just looking at more of Meryls, I thought last night that I wasn't sure whether i didn't prefer the Grey after all ) but i seem to have popped the pink on , with leggings this morning , (and nothing else Shock just as i got up to make coffee, and its still on.. So as its not itchy enough to irritate my bare skin and the colour
( although m not in my usual palette) is lovely .. it looks like a keeper.

That is sad @Laska Flowers It is so hard. I see my own mum decline.
Hope everything goes well with your visit today.
I do love the Meryl colour in pink. Does it feel lovely on? I feel I may have to stalk it now... Will see how these leggings fare. Once I return them [Secretly hoping they are hideous] I will be open to a Meryl purchase.

It sounds so difficult for all your family @Laska. FlowersBrew. My DGran had a fall in her 90s, and the same thing happened - she had been really independent and "sprightly" and the fall knocked her confidence and she became confused. She did recover in time and went home (with support from DUncle who lived round the corner), but it took a couple of months. (this was over 10 years ago, though, so not sure how the NHS would cope with that today).

I agree - my "DM" (DMeryl) is soooo soft, and not itchy for me - though not worn against bare skin. I've got it on again today. I didn't sleep in it, honestly... I think the pink really suits you - it is a gorgeous colour.
