Have just seen a beige ( supposedly grey)fake fur coat that is not sexy but love it. It's cosy.

Am also partial to chunky knits and heritage fabrics. Anyone else?

Will not stretch to mum boots though!

Waterfall cardy for me too. The bit round the front is so long I can wrap it round me twice. So warm.
It's a bit a tatty so I've relegated it to my work cardy. I wish I could find another one the same.

2 days ago I bought a pair of thermal leggings from m and s on a whim. I was there to buy thick tights. Oh may days, they are the most comfortable thing ever.

I can't tell if my style is frumpy or hipster. Afraid of the answer, but I like what I like!

When it's bitter outside and I'm staying in for the evening with the kiddies i put a onesie on. I don't care! It's so warm and comfy and it's my guilty pleasure Blush

I love chie mihara shoes. Decidedly orthopedic but lovely nonetheless

Oh i've another one. I live in saltwater sandals in the summer. They are the only sandals that don't shred my feet, in my defence.

I love it all and I don't care - tweed, plaid, corduroy and real wool especially. And Arran/Fair Isle/cable knits. And waterfall cardigans. And I'll know no shame in my adoration of tunic tops and flat shoes.

Not mum boots though. I do have some standards.

I do love a grandad cardigan, and have had one on the go since I was 17. The latest version is navy Ballantyne cashmere (TK Maxx). Nice horn buttons, little pockets, sensible V neck. Yum.

I'm a mum. I wear boots. I don't wear heels I can't run in and at 5'10" I don't want added height.

I love mum boots. I don't care.

(That said, I draw the line at these: www.hipstersinworkboots.com/)

Oh dear I am a century behind, as those descriptions pretty much cover all boots. Stuff it and wear what you like.
