my friend got out of it by telling her bf she had something in her eye !!!! things were getting a bit ridiculous at that time though and she finished it soon after.

can't you say you've just applied your pile cream?

Thrush!!!

Period??

Headache?

Plain tired and it just ain't happening.

Failing all of the above, a cold shower ought to cool him down.

never apologise, never explain.
i find "get off" quite effective

Disappear to the loo for entended period - make wretching noises and mention bad guts, D&V.

Can't you just be honest if you don't feel like it and tell him as much? Make him a nice cup of tea and tel him that's about as much strength as you can muster up tonight.

i agree - dont be such a spoil sport - i find that 'get away from me and dont touch me!!' said in a very stern threatening voice works tho.

Report

Threaten to puke all over him. I was sick in the night last night - DH can't handle sick at all so spend the rest of the night lying on one cm of bed as far a way from me as he could get without being on the floor.

Works a treat.

HappyDaddy · 06/11/2006 13:21

Hmmm I'm sure "babe, I'm not in the mood tonight, sorry". Would be sufficient.

I've never heard of an adult woman needing an excuse not to have sex. If you don't want it, don't have it. Why on earth should you be "in trouble"? Or am I missing something about modern relationships?
