Driveway renovation

Hi there just wondering if anyone had any experience of this.
We have a nice driveway enough to park two cars
It is however very grimy and also also by the side of the house needs more bricks
I have had a quote to clean it sand it and seal it plus put new bricks by the side of the house semi detached approx 15 feet worth of bricks
The quote is £850 I cannot find any other company that offer this service.
Is this excessively expensive or am I being mean?
The drive was there when we moved in so I have no idea what the original cost was
