Itchy ankle - 39 weeks pg

Aargh! It's been driving me mad all night Hmm
One of my ankles is incredibly itchy and I'm scratching it to ribbons. Just got up to find Sudocrem to try and ease the itch but is this something I need to call MW about?
I had blood tests for OC a week ago due to itchy hands and feet but results were ok (bile salts 8?) and hands and feet are less itchy now. It's just this flipping ankle driving me crazy!
What do you think?

Bumping - itching on shins too now. Don't want to both MWs if its just routine. Any thoughts?

Get another blood test. Bile salt tests sometimes only show up as abnormal some weeks after the itching starts. That said, please don't panic. If your result was 8 last week, your levels are unlikely to be significantly high (they usually climb gradually with oc) and there is significant doubt in the medical profession that oc is actually a problem for baby (it can undoubtedly be very irritating for mum!!). early induction is usually offered out of an abundance of caution rather than as a medical urgency. (i was diagnosed at 39 weeks last pg, induced at 39+6 but docs would have been equally happy to let me go a bit longer if i'd been anti induction. In the end we decided she was full term so better out than in!). Good luck xxx

I would get another blood test. Tell them your itching is getting worse, have you tried piriton etc?
