Cherry tree advice

We have two cherry trees, stella on dwarf root stock we planted them last autumn one in a large pot and the other one in the ground, neither are showing signs of budding yet, getting worried. (planted to commemorate a loved one so REALLY want them to work) anyone any advice? When will they blossom? Thank you.

It can take up to 5 years for a young tree to blossom.

I have the same problem, yet was told by the grower I may even get a crop this year Hmm Planted mine in November along with a Pear, Apple and Plum. Pear is the only one with any signs of budding. To be honest, I had expected to give it till next year at least. I'm just glad they aren't dead! (mine looked it at one point)

If you got them from garden bargains or ideal world don't expect them to bud! Apparently they had a runt stock that don't grow. I got my money back.

Our trees were dead unfortunately, very dead. My Granddad had a look at bit of the cut out trunk after we chopped it up into little bits, said it had been dead a long time. STILL waiting for Ideal World to offer refund, they had apologised but not done anything else yet. Annoying.
