@Marvellouslymadmum congrats on the temp rise!! One more day I guess, and relax....!

@Slk3558 I panicked about loss of boob soreness the other day, it comes and goes for me, and others I looked at said the same. I wouldn't worry yet, but do another test if you think it'll help

@choccrumpet that's a proper line! Looks really good! Congrats lovely 🥳

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 thank you, I don't think it's hit me yet, I feel so chilled and not feeling the urge to do a test anymore it's strange. Although I will keep up the morning testing, won't tell you how many packs of frers I've got on the way 🙈

@Slk3558 I'm glad it's helped you. I think the key for me was to repeat it in my head as many times as I could remember to and eventually I learned them off by heart. Haha your partner gets you, get it out of your system!

Thank you for the tag and I'm really hoping this is ovulation!! So which of you ladies took soy this month? @choccrumpet @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 @Slk3558 did any of you take it I can't remember! 🤦🏼‍♀️

A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 · 11/06/2021 10:31

@Marvellouslymadmum no it was my month break from soy for my blood tests 🤦‍♀️ but ovulation was late again off it. I think the acupuncture really helped me

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 I thought yours was, just wondering if everyone is the same as this is my month of not taking it too 🤔🤞🏻😂 wishful thinking lol

@Marvellouslymadmum I think @Slk3558 was not on it as it wasn't arriving in time, but I think @choccrumpet was on it? Haha maybe that's the thing, the month we stop 🤞🤞🤞

I had weird long ovulation this month also

@Marvellouslymadmum I took soy this month same days as before cd2-6 but stronger dose 100,150,200,200,200 if I remember correctly. I continued with acupuncture and I also used progessence after ovulation and continuing a tiny bit of it now as well. So a combination of any of these things PLUS me being in a better mental head space plus continuing with exercise has definitely done something right. We also dtd the least amount of times as I was caught a bit off guard by ovulating earlier but it also ended up being timed really well and I'm not sure if previous months were.

@choccrumpet ah yes of course the progessence also!

Sorry to dampen the mood..but I did a FRER and partly regret it now. On the positive side the test line is dark, but the control line is weirdly thick. Would you say test line is darker than control ? 12,14 and today 16 dpo bottom one.

I feel like the progression is slow from 14 dpo to today. Honest opinions? That combined with my loss of soreness has got me in bits. 😭

I guess all I can do wait a few days and test again.

@Slk3558 I think the last test does look a smidge darker. In terms of progression I'm not sure how much more a test progresses from this as they are really good lines, I know you can get dye stealers but I don't know if every woman / pregnancy necessarily has one. I don't know why the control line is thicker, I'd assume it's just the test as every test can't be 100% the same.

Can you ask to get more bloods done and check the progression that way as that would be more reliable than testing this way? If you're super worried you should definitely speak to your doctor or epu, they would be able to offer more help to you than we can ☹️ I think they look good, I can't see no indication of it getting lighter

@choccrumpet thanks .. I don’t know I don’t think my EPU likes doing bloods. Last time I mc they scanned me at 6 weeks due to bleeding I was measuring 5w 2 and I asked for bloods to check if the hcg was dropping and the consultant said no. Just wait and see kind of thing. Not great I know. That’s why I’ve learned to use FRERs to medically assess myself which I know is not always accurate ☹️

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 how did you get your HCG measured ?

A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 · 11/06/2021 14:10

@Slk3558 that looks like perfect progression to me, the bottom test is WAY darker! Does that really not put your mind at rest a bit? I reckon in another couple days it'll start taking dye from the control line.

I only got bloods because of spotting and pain, but before I had to go to EPU I was going to get private blood tests. They're £49 each in the walk-in clinic in Harley Street - do you have anything like that near you?

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 I’ve just googled there’s pall mall medical in Liverpool they do bloods for £54. I’ll give it another couple of days and test again and then take a judgment from there . Thanks for your positivity ❤️ I’ve had no cramping today I think I just need to chill out. I’ve got my old progression lines from February and the progression on these current ones are not progressing as quickly. But i know I shouldn’t compare.

@Slk3558 it honestly looks like a brilliant line to me at 16dpo. And it looks darker to me than the 14 dpo. I spent a lot of time squinting at line progression pics online and it looks good

@Slk3558 I haven't been googling such things yet (but thanks for the idea @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 😂😅) and agree that it looks like a good progression, the test line looks darker than the control in the last one.

Thought I should mention that my nausea is gone so it was much likely due to the vaccine! Gave me a taste for (hopefully) future times to come 😓

@choccrumpet @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 thanks ladies. I wish I didn’t feel like this but I think my last 2 mc have psychologically messed with me and got into my head to the point where I am just expecting another one. And I’m also paranoid that the progesterone may be masking an non viable pregnancy.

God reading this I sound so negative. I guess time will tell just need to ride this out

@Slk3558 I hope you don't mind me adding, but that 16DPO line definitely looks darker and more solid to me than the 14DPO one. I know that pregnancy after loss is absolutely terrifying so I really empathise with how you're feeling, and I think no matter what anyone says, you will worry and naturally expect the worst. So sorry you're feeling this way, and sending you love and strength to get through the coming weeks and months xxx

@Slk3558 I was anxiously examining mine too, convinced there was no progression. Partner mixed the tests all up to show me, and it was actually clear what order to put them back into. But when you're examining them and your eyes are blurring, it's hard to tell 😂

@Slk3558 I think I feel similar to you but for me it's about passing my period due date as that's where I've gotten stuck before. I think and hope I am in a better head space to deal with it but that's not to say I'm not scared or anxious about it. Hope you are feeling okay.

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 sounds like you've invented a new game 😂 I like it.

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 @choccrumpet damn it! I was hoping none of you had taken it as I haven't this month either 😂
Well I'm going to get some of the progesterone cream stuff now quick, we have been dtd and dtd and dtd have been exercising too and I had a smear this month which I've seen a few people get a bfp after so if it doesn't work who knows what will!

@Slk3558 I'd say that latest test does look a lot darker and the control line may be thicker as it's pulled the dye across, I had that with my last opk

@Marvellouslymadmum sorry 🙈 I don't know how much the soy helped really but I can say the same thing about any of the other things I mentioned, who knows why 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think it's safe to say that some of the soy threads documenting BFPs are mostly filled with women who got a BFP when taking soy, whether by coincidence or not, rather than those women it didn't help so who knows what the success rate is. So I wouldn't put it all down to soy. You've done lots of other things this cycle like you've mentioned that may also help 🤗

Did you all take more soy? What's the secret?
