Help!!

First time poster, long time lurker here!

Hoping someone can shed some light on this or share similar experiences, really confused!

The first day of my last period was 13th June... I had unprotected sex a couple of times about four days prior to this (not actively TTC but happily married so fine with outcome either way)

I've then only had unprotected sex since then about 3 times (usually careful but when the mood strikes!) and all of these times were last week.

I have felt a bit funny over the past couple of weeks - a feeling I haven't been able to put my finger on and although I do have quite long cycles, I am about five days late.

I did 2 pregnancy tests on Tues and Weds this week and thought I could see an extremely faint line. Now having researched clear blue I realise this could be evap judging by others' experiences.

Still no period but have been having very slight stomach cramps although these do not feel like my usual period cramps.

I'm rubbish at all this TTC/Ovulation stuff so I'm utterly confused!

Basically I think I'm trying to ask:

• if I was pregnant would the lines be clear at this point?
  
• would it have been possible to conceive before my last period and still have a bleed? (My periods are always pretty light so would be difficult to differentiate between implantation and normal I think)
  
• does period-like cramping occur/is it normal in very early pregnancy?
  

I will obviously test again next week but felt the need to discuss this with people in the know in the hope that you'll keep me from going insane!

Yes I find it all quite confusing too haha. It would depend on a lot of things with regards to how dark the lines were, for example you could have vvulsted late this cycle so be only just pregnant.
I had a similar issue with a clear blue and am second guessing myself because of the reputation for evaps and false positives. I always using a FIrst response, when I was first pregnant with my DS the line was so light it was barely there (I'm an early tester lol) but it did darken a bit each day until it was very obvious.
This is my cb test from today with the faint line that has me undecided.

It's unlikely you could have conceived before your last period, even if it was an implantation bleed you'd get a strong positive by now.
If you think you may have conceived this month try another test - have you tried an early test like first response?
Some ladies do get cramps in early pregnancy, but could also be a sign of your period. As frustrating as it is only time and more testing will tell!

Also yes I have had cramping similar to AF cramping but less intense while pregnant :) and some people do have break through bleeding but if you were further along than a couple of weeks it is more likely to give a clearer line I believe. Although anything is possible x

Thanks for your reply ladies, I've only just thought to check back in to this Thread!

Still no AF, so nothing at all through July... Still having slight cramps every now and the . Tested again with FMU on Friday and BFN so not sure what's going on! Guess I'll just have to wait and see?
