As in the Annie musical song?! Not sure why it's 'wtf' worthy, can you explain a bit more?

Is it a reference to the song from the musical Annie - 'You're Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile'?

Chocolatecake12 · 14/03/2018 12:23

It’s a quote from the musical Annie isn’t it?

RedRedDogsBeg · 14/03/2018 12:23

Does it actually say those words in your title?

Isn’t that a song lyric from Annie? You’re never fully dressed with out a smile, hey ho bo man, hey dapper dan, you both got your style, but brother you’re never fully dressed with out a smile.

Oh I love Annie! That song is going to be in my head all day now... “Your clothes may be, Beau Brummerly, they stand out a mile but brother you’re never fully dressed without a smiiiiile:..”

Actually the song is about how you don’t need to be all dressed up in fancy clothes to look good, or at least that dapper miserable people don’t look as nice as happy less fashionable ones... so not a bad message really.

Its what you wear from ear to ear and not from head to toe... that matters..

In that it’s not a bad massage to say it’s not important what you wear it’s the person inside that counts etc etc. I really wouldn’t see it as a kind of “give us a smile love” thing.

I'm pretty hot on crap slogans on girls clothing. Its the reason I have twitter. I can't get het up about this though. Would be better if also in the boys section but it better than 'Future WAG' slogans.
