I have a wedding coming up. Not back to pre baby body and still feel very self conscious about wearing dresses.
I was thinking black jeans & heels with this white top - m2.hm.com/m/en_gb/productpage.0409683002.html
And this jacket - m2.hm.com/m/en_gb/productpage.0338033003.html
Or will it look too casual? Hopefully the links all work Confused

Sorry jeans are too casual for a wedding imo.

Smart black trousers at the least.

It depends on the wedding, is it in church? Where is the reception?

No. Wear black trousers if you must but jeans will make you stick out like a sore thumb. Which I'm presuming is not what you want if you're self conscious .

Can't see the links, but I wouldn't wear jeans to a wedding unless there was a casual dress code specified. Do you have another pair of non-jeans trousers? Personally I also find that jeans and trousers are much less forgiving than skirts and dresses.

I'd say they're too casual but if you're only an evening guest then you may be able to get away with it. Definitely not for the full day.

Definitely not? Far too casual.

I was thinking too casual too but it was suggested to me with the other bits. I will find black trousers I think and see what it looks like

Definitely not if you're a day guest. If you're just going in the evening then maybe could get away with it but only working in the assumption that people wouldn't notice as much.

No, the top and blazer are just day to day wear.

I think it would look too casual, and I'm comparatively relaxed in my approach to wedding attire.

Skirts and dresses tend to be better at covering lumps and bumps I think. Could you find a skirt to go with your top and jacket instead?

Far too casual and as nice as that jacket is, it doesn't match the jeans at all anyway imo.

Depends on the kind of wedding as they come in all shapes and sizes.

Someone did this at my wedding she looked really embarrassed all day, stuck out like a sore thumb and if I'm honest it did upset me it looked like she just couldn't be bothered. I know your reasons are different but I really wouldn't

Buy a cheap maxi dress. I could think of no reason to wear jeans to a wedding. Ever.

Get a dress that is fitted at the top, and flared out around your stomach

Waaaaay too casual and totally inappropriate. I think you're trying to make yourself feel comfortable but on doing so you're going to make yourself feel very uncomfortable indeed. Can you find some tailored trousers to wear with heels or better still a suitable dress?
