I really want to try Yoga, but I have a problem with arthritis in my toes and they really can't bend. I have looked on Youtube , but most poses include bending the toes :0( Is there a way round it for me?

I would go to some classes with an instructor. Arrive in good time and speak to the instructor before the class and explain about your feet. Lots of people at yoga have bad back, knees, hips, etc. etc. and a good instructor will automatically give alternative exercises.

What do you mean, most poses involve bending the toes? I can't think of any poses where you bend the toes...

Yoga can be very good for arthritis, even if it's just stopping it from getting worse... definitely try a class if you can get to one

I have recently started Yoga myself and it is very entry level so nothing overly difficult and you would be definitely be able to manage with this form what you have posted. And you can take it at your own pace so have a word with an instructor before you have a class and they will understand.

Thank you. I am wondering how I would do , for example, up ward facing dog or the plank?

You may have to do plank with your knees down. TBH a lot of people do it this way at least when they're beginners, as you're building strength and working on safe technique.
Upward dog – can your toes not point at all, as well as not flexing?

I have arthritis in both big toes - I feel your pain.
Yoga is great.
It helps keeps your feet flexible which is important.
A good teacher will help you modify your poses
Go for it!
