I do wonder if their manager Thomas Tuchel chipped away at their moral by saying they weren't actually that good the other night, (when they beat Norway) and needed to be better. Jude Bellingham seemed down in the mouth about that the other night. He was pissed off that he'd said it, and said 'we have been doing our best, so I don't know why he said that...'

You could see it coming after there was the first goal...then it was complete switch off.

But theres been signs all tournament all it'd take is a mistake. Norway was a example of that. Luck rode.

Tuchel made the wrong subs and it all went wrong..hopefully can get 3rd place and Spain will win!

The England team played really well until the last half an hour, and they didn't disgrace themselves. I don't know why some England fans have to turn on the players the moment we lose.

Tuchel shouldn't resign. Calling for him to be sacked because we got to the semi-finals is ridiculous.

I do wonder if other countries are so negative.

The first half was a fiasco and Argentina were dirty. But when it turned into a proper game they were much better than England. If they played clean from the start I don’t think England would have stood a chance.

Id have loved us to get to the Final but we needed to soak up a bit of pressure immediately after our goal and press for another goal. Once they got the bit between their teeth I thought Argentina win was inevitable

No, it was the tactics that were wrong. We've done it before and we'll do it again. We need to okay positively, as soon as we start trying to defends a lead for that long we are screwed. So annoying,

Taking Gordon off, , who had put in a great goal, and Rice off, and replacing with defenders who hadn’t been in previous matches, was arguably a very poor tactic, a disappointing choice Tuchel made. It meant there was NOBODY to pass the ball up the field to get to the Argentine end and score, No support for Bellingham and Kane to do what they are good at, let alone any repeat magic from Rice and Gordon.

A truly bad decision from Tuchel. He is liked but he will get a LOT of criticism for his poor choice.
